Ingredients
Vigo Wild Rice
Broccoli (1 head)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp grey poupon mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1 can of mushrooms
1-1 1/2 cups cubed ham or Turkey ham
Cook rice, cook broccoli. In casserole dish dump rice, mushrooms, brocolli (chopped) and ham. Mix celery soup, mayo, mustard, curry powder. Add on top of rice mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins uncovered.
