Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
3/4 cup baby corn cobs
1/2 cup canned bamboo shoots, drained
2/3 cup snow peas
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soft dark brown sugar
3/4 cup beef broth
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp fish sauce
Garnish: Green onions
Directions:
Cut the beef into thin slices and then into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the beef over a high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked. Stir in the spices snd cook for 1 minute.
