Roasted Grapes & Peanut* Butter Crostini

Ingredients:

5 cups seedless red grapes

2 tablespoon olive oil 

Peanut butter*

Crusty baguette of bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Put the grapes on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil. Roast until the grapes burst and get soft, wilted and a little charred, 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with peanut butter* crostini.

*Can use almond butter or other nut butter or cream cheese.
