Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups + 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 sachet baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins till toothpick comes out clean. Serve unfrosted.
