Ingredients
3 sticks butter
3 cups of sugar
6 large eggs
8 oz cream cheese
dash salt
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Cream butter and sugar and add beaten eggs. Alternate cream cheese and flour. Spray pan with Pam and sprinkle bottom of pan with pecans (or may mix pecans in batter). Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 mins till golden and done.
