Penuche Fudge

Servings: 12-15 pieces

Ingredients:

2 cups of brown sugar

dash of salt

1/2 cup of evaporated milk

1 Tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup or more of chopped walnuts�

Directions:

Cook until it forms a ball when added to cool water. Remove from heat, stir until it begins to thicken. Add butter, vanilla, and walnuts. Put in a butter-greased pie pan, spread and chill. Cut into small pieces as this is very rich and sweet!
