Ingredients
1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Beat these ingredients together for 2 mins and scrape well.
Heat 1 cup butter and 4 squares unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring occaisionally. Cool.
Beat chocolate mixture with 2 cups sugar and 2 tsp vanilla and 4 eggs on medium speed for 1 minute. Beat in 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup coarsley chopped nuts.
Spread 1/2 mixture in greased square 9 X 9 X2 pan; spread with cream cheese mixture. Gently spread remaining brownie mixture over filling. Gently swirl through butter with spoon in and over and under motion for marbled effect. Bake at 350 dgrees for 55- 65 minutes. Cool. cut into bars 1 1/2" X 1".
