Ingredients
½ c butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
¼ c. milk
2 c. chopped apple
Glaze:
1 T melted butter
1 c powdered sugar
¼ tsp maple flavoring
2-3 T milk
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for about 10 min or until tops don't look wet anymore. Let cool and top with glaze.
