Mango, Papaya, and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

Salad:

1 fragrant mango

1ripe papaya

1 avocado

1/4 lb. Pineapple flesh

1 scant handful of fresh cilantro

1/2 cup raspberries, reserving 5-6 to crush into the dressing

1/2 cup Dolcelatte, Gorgonzola, or other mild, creamy, blue veined cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup shelled walnuts, preferably fresh

Freshly ground black pepper

Dressing:

3 Tbsps olive oil or walnut oil

1 cup fresh orange juice

1heaping tsp grainy mustard

Directions:

Cut the mango, papaya, avocado, and pineapple into even-sized cubes and mix together with cilantro anc black pepper. Mix the dressing ingredients together with the reserved raspberries, and add to salad. Scatter the cheese, raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts on top and serve at once.
