Ingredients:�
2/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa
2 1/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup beer
2/3 cup rinsed, drained and chopped sauerkraut
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with beer to egg mixture. Stir in sauerkraut. Put in 2 greased and floured 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins or until done.
