Ingredients
Step 1:
3 cups of water
4 cups of sugar
Let boil for 20 mins and then let cool to room temperature.
Step 2:
1quart of water boiled and add 4 oz. jar of instant coffee., mix well Let cool to room temperature.
Step 3: Mix sugar mixture with coffee mixture. Add 1 quart of 100 proof good quality Vodka. Add 1 vanilla bean whole. Add mixture to a 1/2 gallon glass bottle (only glass). Let sit at room temp for exactly 3 weeks. Do not open bottle during this time. Every other day gently mix ingredients by tipping bottle over and under. Leave vanilla bean in bottle even after you open.
