Ingredients
2 pints of any chocolate type of ice cream
1 pint vanilla based ice cream
1 pint of berry based or another flavor ice cream
2 packages of Pepperidge Farm milano cookies (reserve 15-20 cookies).
2 bananas
Strawberries for garnish
Spread softened chocolate ice cream on bottom of spring-form pan. Place in freezer and cover with plastic wrap. Once hardened, spread sliced bananas over chocolate ice cream. Spread Vanilla based ice cream over bananas and place in freezer with plastic wrap to cover. Once hardened, spread crushed cookies over ice cream. Place next softened ice cream and spread over next layer. Freeze till hardened. Once removed garnish with strawberries and if desired fresh whipped cream. Can serve with any other toppings like hot fudge sauce or serve without.
