Ingredients:
- 10 ozs. (Food processor) ground White GF bread
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 1/3 cup dried basil
- 1/3 cup dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In small batches, blend bread in a food processor until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Spread out on sheet pan and place in 350 degree oven. Bake on middle rack for 20-30 mins. Toss every 10 mins in order to prevent burning and facilitate drying out of bread.
- Place in a large bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix by hand with a wooden spoon.
- Store in a large mason jar or an airtight container.
- Use in any recipe calling for breadcrumbs in a 1-to-1 ratio.
