French Salad Dressing

Makes ~ 4 cups (2 cups in parentheses)

Salad Dressings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil (3/4 cup)
  • 1 cup ketchup (1/2 cup)
  • ¾ cup white sugar (3/8 cups)
  • 3/4 cup vinegar (3/8 cups)
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 small)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (1/2 tsp)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (1/2 tsp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1/4 tsp)
  • 1½ teaspoons salt (3/4 tsp)
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Place oil, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, onion, lemon juice, paprika, and salt into a blender; cover and puree until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
