French Cheese Cake

Ingredients

6 8 oz. pakages cream cheese

5 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/4 cup light cream

1/4 cup sour cream

1-2 tsp lemon juice

Prepare a graham cracker crust and let cool. Cream the cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Place in 11 inch springform pan with graham cracker crust that has been cooled. Place pan in 1 1/2 inch water bath and cook at 425 degrees at bottom of oven for 30 mins. Remove from oven and remove from water bath. Turn oven down to 350 degrees. Let cake cool for 30 mins. Then return to oven at 350 degrees without water bath for 30-45 mins till golden brown on top. Cool at room temp overnight. Top with any fruit topping you wish.
