Ingredients:
6 large ripe avacados, cut into small chunks
1/2 onion, minced
a couple Tbsp lime juice (helps keep the avocado from browning too fast)
Alot of fresh chopped cilantro
Garlic powder, to taste
1 can Rotel hot diced tomatoes
Directions:
Mix together. Best made the night before, so flavors can blend and intensify.
