Ingredients:
- 1 15- oz can of chickpeas
- 1 T sugar brown sugar or Splenda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t pepper this makes the snack anti-inflammatory, but doesn't ruin the flavor
- 1 T avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°. Drain the chickpeas, and dry them on a paper towel. Bake for 10-15 min.
- Pour the warm chickpeas into a bowl, and sprinkle the oil on them first, gently stirring. Then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture throughout. Placed the chickpeas back on your baking sheet, and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let them cool for 15 minutes.
