~24 oz sharp cheddar cut into 1/2” cubes
8 oz provolone
8 oz fresh mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1 box gluten free elbow macaroni, cooked for 8 mins.
1 1/2 cup half n half
Bake 350 degrees for approximately 45 mins until melted and browned. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh pepper.
