Ingredients       

1 2/3 cup flour

1 cup sugar

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup butternut squash (cooked and puréed)

2 Tbs sourgum syrup

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup chopped pecans     

Directions     

        Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients. Combine dry and wet ingredients with nuts. Mix only until dry ingredients are incorporated and no more. Pour into bread pan and bake for 60 minutes.
