Artichoke Pie

Ingredients: 

2 eggs, set out to room temperature 

2 pie crusts (for 1 double crusted pie)

1 large can of artichoke hearts (not marinated). Strain and put in a bowl.

1/2 cup grated provolone cheese.

1/4 cup grated parmesan (locatelli)

1 Tbs garlic powder

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

2 oz diced ham

Directions:

Add all of the above, except eggs, to artichokes. Beat the 2 eggs and add to mixture. Fill pie shell, Cover with top crust, crimp, and coat with egg wash. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins or until lightly browned.
