**Ingredients:
Crust:
1/2 cup butter softened
2 Tbsp 10X sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
Combine and press by hand in well greased 8 X 10 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.
Topping:
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
2 Tbsp flour
3/4 cup coconut
Directions:
Mix together well and spread on top of baked and cooled crust. Bake 15-20 mins at 350 degrees. Let cool and cut into squares.
